Pens in stock typically ship within 7 days of receiving full payment. Customized pen colors, logos, and gift sets (notebooks with pens) typically require a lead time of 25–30 business days, depending on the design, printing, and assembly process. The specific timeline will depend on the order size, customization details, and our production schedule. We will provide a confirmed timeline with each order.

• New Clients: 30% deposit, balance before shipment.

• Letter of Credit: At sight L/C is acceptable.

• Long-term Clients: Flexible terms can be discussed based on history and order value.

Our default term is FOB Shenzhen, guangzhou but we also support EXW, CIF, and CFR. Terms can be adjusted based on your needs.

• Sea Freight: Best for large-volume orders.

• Air Freight: Faster for medium/small orders.

• Express Courier: (DHL, FedEx, UPS) Ideal for samples or urgent parcels

Yes, our factory is ISO 9001:2015 certified. All pens comply with CE,MSDS, RoHS, and raw materials are carefully selected to ensure safety and quality.

• Gift Sets: Custom-designed boxes (cardboard, leatherette, or metal).

Yes.

• Standard Samples: Free, with courier cost paid by client.

• Custom Samples: A fee applies, deductible from bulk orders.

We use brass, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and carbon fiber. Surface treatments include electroplating (gold, silver, bronze), painting, anodizing and laser engraving.

We can order any quantity of pens currently in stock. Custom pens: 500-1000 pens. Gift sets: Minimum order quantity: 500 sets. Minimum order quantity for special designs or materials may vary.

• Refills: G2 or other specifications.

• Packaging: Custom boxes, manuals, tags, cartons.

All products go through strict QC. If defects are confirmed, please provide photos/videos within 7 days. We will replace or compensate accordingly.

Yes. We provide private mold services for exclusive designs, requiring a mold fee and longer development time. We also offer stock molds for faster, cost-effective customization.
