Step 1: Material Selection

Step 2: Mold Cutting
Utilizing state-of-the-art machinery, we cut and polish components to precise specifications. This includes cutting pen bodies, cleaning and drying, and simultaneously cutting pen cores.
Step 3: Machining
Skilled artisans craft each component with meticulous detail. After cleaning and drying, we perform internal and external deburring, open window clips, create flat ends, conduct thorough cleaning and drying again, proceed with electroplating components, and apply paint to pen bodies simultaneously.
Step 4: Quality Control
Rigorous quality checks at every stage, including inspecting all materials, components, and finished pens, ensure that each pen meets our high standards. This includes quality control of all materials, logo printing, and final assembly.
Step 5: Assembly
Experienced technicians assemble components with attention to detail and craftsmanship, ensuring that every pen is assembled correctly and meets our quality standards.
Step 6: Packaging
Quality control continues during packaging, including assembly checks, quantity adjustments, packing into OPP bags, filling inner boxes, and packing into larger cartons for shipment.
