The samples I ordered from this supplier at TTX Stationery were of good quality. The package arrived safely with a few extra pens added as a surprise at no sample charge, which was lovely. The individual pens were not labeled which made the sorting process more timely than necessary. After testing all the pens I requested am overall happy with the design and look of the pens and the pen weights. There were however a few quality issues that I found with assembly of the pens and quality of the ink flow. There was nothing that couldn’t be fixed with a little more back and forth communication. My contact was very helpful, polite and patient with my time. This review is for a random selection of Pens as the review boxes below do not all represent what I was sent.
