Apply for Canton Fair invitation letter
To help you get the formal invitation letter required for a visa more easily, you can follow the steps we provide below. If you still don’t understand, you can always contact us
- Step 1: Visit the Canton Fair Official Website (https://www.cantonfair.org.cn) and create an account under “Buyer Registration.”
- Step 2: Complete the application form with your company details, passport information, and travel plans.
- Step 3: Submit supporting documents (e.g., business license, ID copy).
- Step 4: Once approved, download the e-Invitation Letter from your account.
Some Little Reminders
- Apply at least 4-6 weeks before coming to China to allow time for visa processing.
- For urgent requests, please contact us directly. We can provide customized invitation letters to speed up your visa application.
Transportation Guide to the Canton Fair Venue
1、From Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN):
1.1、By Metro (Fastest Option):
- Take Line 3 (North Extension) to “Tiyu Xilu Station ”→ Transfer to Line 3 → Ride to “Kecun Station” → Transfer to Line 8 → Alight at “Xingangdong Station” (Exit A). Walk 5 mins to the venue.
- Travel Time: about 60 minutes | Cost: about ¥10-15（$1.4-2）
1.2、By Taxi:
- Direct ride to the Canton Fair Complex (Pazhou).
- Travel Time: about 40-60 minutes | Cost: about ¥150-200（$20-27.5）
- Avoid peak hours (7:30–9:30 AM, 5:30–7:30 PM) for faster commutes.
2、From Guangzhou South Railway Station (High-Speed Rail Hub):
2.1、By Metro:
- Take Line 2 to “Changgang Station” → Transfer to Line 8 → Alight at “Xingangdong Station ”(Exit A).
- Travel Time: about 45 minutes | Cost: about ¥7-10（$0.96-1.4）
2.2、By Taxi:
- Direct ride to the Canton Fair Complex (Pazhou).
- Travel Time: about 30-50 minutes | Cost: about ¥80-120（$11-16.5）
- Avoid peak hours (7:30–9:30 AM, 5:30–7:30 PM) for faster commutes.
